Kelly Power brings 25 years of experience in project management and workforce development within the skilled trades.  She has extensive experience in developing and managing innovative projects focused on improving labour market outcomes for women and indigenous populations within apprenticeship trades.

Kelly is a graduate of the Adult Post Secondary Education Program, Memorial University, NL, and served three terms as a member of the Provincial Advisory Council on the Status of Women.  She has dedicated much of her career to working with underrepresented groups to break down barriers to employment and finding solutions to create sustainable career opportunities. Kelly has a proven track record for creative design of diversity projects such as the Innu Nation Legacy Project, and the establishment of the Office to Advance Women Apprentices. She brings her leadership and mentorship expertise, combined with her vision for innovation and creativity to lead Workforce Warriors in building a national leadership program for our nation’s Indigenous communities.
